in the current phases of severe C-PTSD flare-ups, when the terror of the previous existence transcends space and time to get me and i become a traveler into past and future at the same time, battling memory demons and specters of the abyss ahead, the desire for a disruption of the continuum is overwhelming. sometimes listening to my own sound-pain-tings helps to calm and sooth for a moment.
