On March 8 and 9, 2020, three comrades and a comrade were arrested following a state security operation. The only element is the alleged visual "recognition" of the first arrested, in a video of the attack on the Mitsotakis institution, by two security guards. Due to their friendly and comradely relations, the other three are arrested. All four are on trial for a huge case involving 54 attacks. And under law 187A, they are accused of forming and joining an alleged terrorist organization called "Comrades-Comrades".

A few words about the construction of the organization "Comrades-Comrades", from the position of the persecuted comrade, /… / Behold, the state, trying to sell the ideology of the "war on terror", builds organizations. The terrorist organization they created, called "comrades - comrades", is as they claim, an organization that operates from 2016 until today and carries out attacks in Athens. This logic goes beyond the normal and the real in a way that can only be described as ridiculous. In fact, the name of this famous organization is just a signature used by the wider a / a space for years now. They used it in the past, they use it in the present and they will use it in the future. Everyone who searches will find hundreds of texts with the same signature throughout Greece, most likely abroad. This new method, that is, the use of a wider signature and its transformation into a terrorist organization, is something unprecedented that only aims to "sack" a large, diverse and diverse field of action of the wider anti-authoritarian space as well as intimidate those who belong to this. The next series of terrorist organizations are: "solidarity - solidarity", "anarchists - anarchists", "communists - communists" and the sack has no end./… /.

After a week of detention in GADA, the comrades are released on strict restrictive conditions (present 3 times a month in AT, ban on communication and socializing with each other, ban on participation in any political gathering or procession, ban on entering the Exarcheia area, exit ban from the country, seizure of all their assets), while the partner who was "recognized" in the video is also required to relocate to his birthplace. These restrictive conditions have very specific effects on the lives of the four defendants, as their purpose is the dissolution of their social life and political action but also their unconditional economic extermination. In addition, the condition of the permanent establishment of the first arrested comrade away from the city where he lived for years, completely cuts him off from his life relationships and work, making it obvious that this whole persecution is a "vendetta" by state security. , against comrades.

From the very beginning of this ridiculous conspiracy, they deny all the accusations, stating publicly that they are being persecuted exclusively for their anarchist political identity. As part of the investigation - based on the usual "ways" of persecuting anarchists - and seven months later, no evidence has been found (DNA, fingerprints, calls, messages), which connects the four with an attack. In addition, the only element of the case file collapses in September, as with the official expertise of the police laboratories themselves and an independent technical expert, the existence of the partner in the video of the attack on the Mitsotakis Foundation is explicitly ruled out. The police themselves admit that the comrade who was initially arrested and because of this the others are being persecuted, is not identified in the video of the attack on the Mitsotakis institution.

So right now, with absolutely no evidence or indication of guilt, the comrades are exterminated in every area of ​​their lives by the state. This is only because they stood tall. Because they found their place among the oppressed of this world and fought against state and capital, against the systematic impoverishment of billions of people, against fascism and patriarchy, against the destruction of nature and the disappearance of non-human lives.

On the dates, Monday, November 2, Wednesday, November 4 and Monday, November 16, the comrades are called to the investigator for additional "apology", in case of an additional attack, waiting for the "closure" of the investigation process. We call on the whole world of the struggle to join solidarity rallies in the courts of Evelpidon. It is a given that the persecution of the comrades by the police is another attempt of political, social and economic extermination of four anarchists. These persecutions, however, face the relentless struggle for freedom and dignity. Solidarity will overcome the darkness of totalitarianism.
